Really short periods?

Ever since I took my first (and only) dose of Provera 3 months ago, my periods have been extremely short, like 3 days at most. I'm used to periods lasting at least a full week, and having them be reallllyyy heavy. I'm also experiencing horrible cramps before hand. Could there be something ELSE wrong?

Quick bio- PCOS, possibly annovulatory even with the help of clomid, TTC for 8 months.

Anyone have any ideas?
