So, with so many new 's around here, I must say that I am glad to see that some of our lovely TTC gals will not be joining this club but I the same hand, I hope to see some of you leaving this club very quickly too!!!!

Well I think AF is finally finished so I can get
started on round two of clomid.

although not sure...will check later...maybe she's still spotting!!

Slightly different for us as we already have children, but we've been ttc number 3 for 19 months now. I went to the doctors after 12 months, had a bloodtest and an internal and was sent away again.

I've booked an appointment for the 30th, and I ain't leaving till they agree to help me!

I have one son, when he was 9 months we started trying for No 2, 2 yrs later we still have had no luck, i had a routine blood test last year as i had a 73 day cycle and we wanted to check that i wasnt pregnant, a year went by and my cuycles were still getting longer so doctor suggested another routine bloods to check hormone levels.
This time my Prolactin levels were sky high on which the doctor dropped bomb shell that i probably have a pituitary tumour a Prolactinoma, the blood test would only be that high if i was pregnant which i wasn't, or if there is a pituitary problem.
I am now on bromocriptine tablets twice daily, after seeing my consultant and i have an MRI scan on my brain on the 13th of May to see if there is any thing there.
I have been told that once on meds my fertility should start to return to normal, and will have a blood test soon to see if my prolactin levels are coming down.
Its all a bit

Amanda it must be so frustrating to already have a child but be suffering secondary infertility - I've often thought how confusing this would be to women, to know you can do it - just can't work out why it's not happening I hope you get a BFP soon

Hypnorm - I remember reading about your journey when you were first diagnosed. I can't even imagine what you would be going through. I do hope you get some good news soon sweetie. When do you have your blood tests to check the prolactin levels again?

Aww I hope it gets you what you want!! Ive been TTC since dec 2007 :P so far nothing!
