It wasn't all in my head!
You may know from reading some of my other posts that I've been waiting for the to arrive so I could have a laprascopy to remove a blocked fallopian tube. Well my period didn't come and I went to see the Dr who told me I was pschologically blocking the and as soon as I accepted I wasn't pregnant then she'd come.
Anyway, at work on Tuesday the pain I've been having for the last few weeks started to get worse. When I stood up I thought I would pass out, but went to eat lunch with my friends as hoped it would make me feel better. Was walking back to the elevator and I collapsed in agony. The pain kept coming in waves, I was taken to the hospital and seen by my normal Dr and not the bitch who told me I was crazy last week and she conceded these definitely weren't normal pains, or even pre-period pains. Basically they couldn't figure out what was wrong and were running through so many different things.. kidney stones, infection in the tube, herniated ovary and in the end I had the operation Wednesday at 1am. I felt sooo much better as soon as I woke up the next day (can't remember being in recovery room or anything, which is odd) even if feeling sore from the op it was like a weight had been lifted off me. Turns out the right fallopian tube had managed to twist itself round and round and was also filled with liquid and then there were loads of adhesions from my other operations causing issues too. I'm glad they finally took me seriously, even when I collapsed at work I was scared they were just going to tell me there was nothing wrong. Now I'm just looking forward to being able to finally TTC again, fingers crossed (and not tube!).
Sorry you've had such a rough time of it, but glad someone finally took your concerns seriously. I hope you make a speedy recovery and can get back to TTC soon.

Sorry to hear that the b**ch wouldn't listen to you and that you had to go through the pain and emergency surgery because of her.
I am happy thought that you will soon be able to start TTC.

Thanks ladies! Drs don't always know best.. and I've had more than one experience to tell me that but it can be hard to stand up for ourselves!!
Anyway, just so you know, playing minigolf 4 days after surgery is not advised... I'm so silly but didn't want to be left out.
