I havent had one I was booked in to get one to confirm drs diagnosis of Endo but I got my BFP 2 days before I was due to get lap. I know there are a few girls on here that have had it & I am sure will reply to you as soon as they see this. Good luck for the future xx

How come they thought you had it? was you getting pains?
Thats what i'm hoping as the gynae said if i get a bfp i dont have to have it!! come on BFP

they check your ovaries,tubes,endro etc...
what symptoms do you have for them to think its endro?xx
I do not know if this is of help....but, I had a laproscopy to investigate my infertility....results were I could not get pregnant without IVF...that was 7 years ago...and I got pregnant naturally.

Ive had one obviously not pregnant but dont take as you def wont get pg after one.
It really was nothing tow orry about, though i wasnt looking foeard to it but that was just being in a hospital environment.
You can supposedly be more fertile 3 cycle after a lap as youll have been cleaned out, didnt work for me but could work for you

hiya I had a lap about 2 years ago for the same thing it was keyhole surgery they put the camera through my bellybutton and made another same cut just above my pubic line they dont affect your chances of getting pregnant by having one its only if you are found to have endometrosis and probably if it is a large area thats affected.
what I will say is they blow your stomach up with gas to look around and that gas has to get out someway and it comes out your shoulders(you dont feel it coming out)all it does is make your shoulders really achy for a few days.

and if it helps after having the lap and my cervix burnt it only took 10 days for me and dh to conceive.

Oh good a few people seem to have had one.....i have pain during and after sex....real bad pain!!! but mostly in the last 2 weeks of my cycle
lets hope it helps us get a BFP!! xx
