I got home from work today to find a letter confirming the referral from the previous hospital to the regional fertility centre. It said that I would be contacted within the next 13 weeks to attend my first appointment with my new specialist. Anyhow, I phoned to confirm the correct department as the letter said GYNAE department on it, and when I gave my hospital number and date of birth, she said she could give me an appointment there and then.
So girlies... April 17th is the big day. Eeeeekk!!
What's more. I was talking to one of my friends today who has just revealed that her and DH are having some diffs. She has just been referred to the same place, and has her appt on the 14th. Yippee!! I have someone i can go for coffee with and discuss the finer details of whats going on. Woohoo.
Told DH about our appt, and he is shocked at the speed things are now moving at. Although, he's hoping that after our marathon session this cycle, we can phone and cancel the appt. Fingers crossed he's right. Only a few more days to go ...
Sorry for the length of this - but I'm sooooo excited.
