IVF ladies -do you know anything about Provera?

Because I don't lol

I have to take Provera to bring on AF so that I can start my 2nd IVF cycle in the 3rd or 4th week of January. I don't know when I'm supposed to take it though

Today is CD14. I've been given a higher dose than usual - 10mg x2 per day for a week. I just want to have 30 day (ish) cycle as I start stims on CD 2.

When should I start the Provera? My GP told me everybody responds differently and advised I take my last pill about a week before I want my period. That would mean starting to take it in a couple of days. But I'm afraid AF will come too early and I'll be told to wait another month

What would you do?

af for me usually comes on the 4th or 5th morning after last tablet. she _shouldnt_ come while you take it, especially if you spread the doses out and take them regularly.
