Hiya im new to this forum, stumbled across it whilst I was once again searching through the internet for advice on clomid

Anyway a bit about me, Im 30 and have been TTC for 14 months now, past 4 months Ive had 3 cycles of 50mg clomid and the last cycle (one im currently on) is 100mg, have blood tests on cd21 this thursday at 5pm with the doctor, im getting so obsessed and fed up with the whole world around me being/getting pregnant its so so selfish i know!

my hubby is really supportive (hes got 2 children from previous relationships) but im just praying that this month it works, have been trying preseed for the first time this month which OH doesnt have any objections with haha

As for clomid Ive had no side effects other than bloating and hair loss? its litterally coming out in chunks, which isnt too bad as ive got really thick hair so its not obvious yet!

Ive been reading through all your threads and Im inspired already, i have my fingers crossed for you all that you'll have your BFP this month, and me too please haha

Hi, welcome to the world of clomid lol, its frustrating I know, I am on my 3rd cycle this month and its driving me mad, its hard work both mentally and physically!!! Such an emotional rollercoaster...

Thanks hun you too! If you dont mind me asking why are you on Clomid? Ive been given it as ive been diagnosed with PCOS but although I have the cysts I have no other symptoms which my consultant said was strange but not unheard of, are you having the scans and blood tests?

Hi, I have pcos too, no other symptoms that seem to be std with it, which I am grateful for! I dont ovulate on my own anymore for some reason which is why he started me on it, but I do not get any tracking or monitoring, though I am thinking of asking if this is an option for my next round as I dont feel 50mg is really strong enough for me and things are not working still as they should!

Im not getting the scans as yet just blood test at 21 days? Im going to ask for scans next month though and also Ive seen some ladies on here had a injection which boosted ovulation (i may be getting it wrong) Im going to ask my consultant on Thursday and see what he says hes really nice, he actually delivered me when I was born how spooky! xx
