we are undergoing our 1st cycle of ICSI and i am currently on the 2nd day of my 2 week wait before we get our result, just wondering if anybody else had complete bed rest for the first 72 hours and got a BFP? i know the first 72 hours are the most important but i'm going insane laid here!

Hi Pepper,

I haven't undergone ICSI yet, but didn't want to read and run. You might find the 4 leaf clover thread useful as the ladies there have undergone/undergoing IVF treatment.

Good luck and wishing you your BFP!

Hi Hun

I know that Mendy (who used to live over here and is now in the pregnancy forums!!) had complete bed rest - unfortunately her first IVF attempt didnt work but the second did. I havent heard of anyone else having it though - apart for just being told to take it easy.

I think its just best to do whatever the Dr's say though hun - that way if things dont work out you wont have any regrets or 'what ifs'.

Good luck sweetie,

BX x x
