PLEASE READ -- urgent questions, thanks!

Hi,
DH and I have been ttc for 1.5 years. This month has been like no other. I ovulated on CD 16, and got AF on CD 28, 12 DPO. I am now on CD 3. Since 1 DPO, (CD 16), my bbs have been sore on the sides. Really, really tender. They are usually only sore one week before af at the most. I was bloated from 1 dpo, (not normal for me). I've had the metallic taste for several days, have had some very vivid, active dreams, and was nauseous and queasy this morning. I took a HPT 2 days ago, which was a BFN. The thing is, even though my AF seems perfectly normal for me, I am still having all the other symptoms. The queasiness this morning, and the continued breast tenderness are throwing me off. What could explain this? I am not one of those, "This is my month!" every month gals, either. Please help me understand why this could be happening.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Hunni, I would wait and see how af plays out, some women do get some monthly bleeding throughout their pregnancy. It's all so confusing, check out some info online:
http://www.babyhopes.com/articles/pregnantperiod.html Good luck hun x

Wow, Ladypink, thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I checked out the link. I guess it's possible that I am pregnant, but it sure seems like a regular period, not just light bleeding or spotting. I guess we shall see... I'll test again in a week or so, if the symptoms are still around.

Thanks, guys. I just took another hpt. BFN...sigh. BBS are gettting a little less sore, still having heavy flow, but metallic taste persists. I guess I'll see if I wake up nauseous tomorrow, then figure out my next move. Sheesh, I'm getting sick of this ttc crap. Who would think it could be so hard for one of a million darts to puncture a balloon?

Hey all,

Well, bbs are not sore any more, but are getting very veiny. And, eating a tiny piece of fish tonight made me want to vomit big time! I spit it out, and kept brushing my teeth. I usually love salmon. I don't get it. This is CD 4, assuming I am having an actual period. It's still as heavy as normal. I know some women can have bleeding at times when they'd normally have af, but would bbs go back to not hurting as well? I hate to spend the $ 50. copay from my lousy insurance just to get blood work if I'm not pregnant!

Sometimes the hormones surges when AF arrive can cause weird symptoms such as sore BB's, nausea etc
Stick it out and see how you feel by the time AF really ends

Sorry if this sounds blunt but obsessing over symptoms can make them seem worse and more prominant if you know what I mean? As Faeire said wait until AF has finished and see how you feel any maybe do another HPT
