Clomid 100mg and HCG shot on the 13/11 Signs?

Hey,

This was my 1st month of Clomide 100mg, had day 12 scan and HCG shot on the 13th November. My dr told me not to test until Sunday but I want to know now!! Would the HCG shot be out of my system now or could I still get a wrong result?

I have suddenly got sore boobs since about tuesday but thats about the only thing that feels different. They just feel kind of bruised to touch not really sensitive?? My wee seems a really dark colour aswell.

What signs should I be looking out for?

I had all the treatment and then had an emergency laparoscopy on the 17th which showed nothing. The dr new about the Clomide and injection and said he wouldnt go through my tubes so he didnt disturb anything if it had happened but i am really feeling negative this month.
