| Hiya Baybeehopes. I think its always worth the extra little bit of help. If your dr gave you the clomid in the first place, they must feel that it will help you. Maybe stick to it for a bit longer and see what happens.

| Talk to your Dr., but they prescribe Clomid for mild male factor alot of the time as instead of one target there will sometimes be more, which ups your chances. I'm on cycle three of Clomid and found the first month the worst symptom wise...now I only seem to have the hot flashes. Good Luck! | | | | Status: Online

| I'm on a drug called femara that does the same thing as clomid, but without the side effects. It also doesn't think your endometrial lining or reduce the amount of CM. It might be worth asking your doctor about it. It's fairly new for fertility though, so he may not have heard of it. | | | | Status: Offline

| Hi baybeehopes. I too had a horrible reaction to clomid so I understand how you feel about not wanting to continue with it for month 2. Did you talk to your doctor about your feelings? Maybe they will prescribe an alternative? I am scheduled to try Femara/Letrozole after my first round of clomid scared me out of taking it again.
I also agree with missmarls that the more targets the better for your DH's spermies.
I wish you lots and lots of luck!! | | | | Status: Offline
