I had the hycosy and various scans and nothing showed up - I think its just the lap to diagnose endo. Unless you have any other major symptoms, I wouldn't worry. It's good that your progesterone is up on day 21, perhaps they could test you a bit later in the cycle too just to be sure?

Good luck with the other clinic anyway - when are you going?

x

I really wouldnt self med the dose. You could hyper stimulate and end up with real problems.

You know that 50mg is working! You saw the follies, so def dont go uping the dose without the advice of the fs.

I know its hard. XX

Is the major backpain 'internal' do you think? At the risk of tmi, mine is very low down, kind of anal almost and feels like I need a good poo! It's from about 6/7 dpo and continues on and off until a couple of days after AF That explains the endo on my bowel anyway. Other endo signs I believe include heavy, clotty period, nausea / headaches during AF, major back and tummy cramps, constipation &/or diarreoa during AF too.

But don't worry too much, if you look at symptoms of anything you can convince yourself you have them! Best to discuss with the doc when you see him.

Have you actually got the witch this month yet or still just feeling like she's on her way?

xxxx

Mine is very low down too....3 / 4 inches above tail bone?? Yesterday i got ( sorry if tmi its so gross!!) thick very dark brown almost black thick discharge.....when i went to be last night at 10pm went to the loo & wiped & saw red blood...assumed i had come on so put a tampax in & went to bed....woke this morning, took tampon out & there was no blood on it....just LOADS of that almost black stuff again....i know this is gross but wiped with a tissue off the tampon & its really thick gooey stuff....very dark brown....what the hell is it??? what does it mean?? i usually get a tiny tiny tiny amount ( if i put my finger up & scrape a bit out) the few days leading up to af, but there is so much of it this cycle....maybe its the epo or clomid made it more this cycle i do not know??? anyway sorry ive prob really grossed u out & uve prob stopped reading by now lol but i will carry on...i then looked in toilet and saw blood, so wiped & lots of red blood so ive put tampax in....assuming im def on now...do i class today as day 1??? i did some red blood last night but didnt have any during night....meant to be taking clomid day 2-6 & im unsure when to start!! xx

Hi hun,

Sorry to hear that your first go on Clomid wasnt a success, however remember as with any medication it can take a little while to get into your system. The GREAT news is that the clomid is doing its job... you have seen that for yourself on scan pics and CD21 tests. I would DEFINATLEY not up your dose without speaking to a professional, too much clomid can cause allsorts of problems. By the sounds of it you dont need anymore anyway... If you have had red blood count that as CD1 xxxx

Give it a few more goes before you consider any other fertility options hun....

Good luck xxxx

Well, that's a tricky one. Firstly, with the low pains I think you should mention it to the new doc when you see him privately and see what he says. My specialist said that ANY kind of bad pain before a period is not right, which is why he went straight for the lap. Don't want to worry you, but just saying what I was told.

Secondly, I'm really not sure what's going on with the discharge I'm afraid. My first clomid cycle last month was normal AF from the start, although I do sometimes have that kind of dark stuff its only a tiny amount and usually later I think. I guess see if you have red when you change tampon and then work out in your own mind whether last night was you coming on - although it does sound like it if there was at least some red. I would probably count today as day 2 I think - but if you are in any doubt, best to call your clinic and speak to a nurse I guess?

Sorry anyway hon that it looks like it's not happened for you this month. Let's get you upbeat and positive about this next cycle and a festive BFP....

xxxx
