I'm taking provera for 7 days to make my period start. When should I expect AF to come? Has anyone had any luck/experience with this?

ETA: I'm also curious, since I'm starting clomid, if I get a this cycle, when should I take the next dose of provera? Does it matter?

I took provera in July to bring on af, it started 8 days later. I was told by the Dr that it would start between 7-10 days after taking the last tablet. Ive never taken clomid so cant help you with that bit. Hope it works for you

You should take the Provera on the same day of the month every month--or so my gyno told me. He also said my cycles will be 35 days long with the Provera and Clomid. So if you're the same way as I am, you would count 35 days from the first day you started Provera in order to calculate when you should take it again. I hope that helps.

I took provera for 5 days to bring on AF this month. Af arrived 3 days after my last tablet.

Im also on Clomid, this is my first cycle. I will be taking a hpt before going into see my gyno to make sure Im not preggers and maybe ask for a blood test from my gp a few days before. Dont want to take provera and possibly be pregnant. Im not sure when your supposed to take the provera again after getting a bfn.
