Newbie saying hi

Hi all

Just thought I'd drop by and introduce myself - my name is Jules, been ttc since August 08 when came off the pill after 22 years (am 40 and o/h is 38). Didnt have too much luck with the doc helping with ttc but have recently moved to Lincolnshire and am being referred for tests n stuff (dont have a clue what to expect) and to see if need Chlomid, etc..........niave me went to doc's and asked for Chlomid thinking could just get a prescription there and then!

Apologies in advance for any daft questions - sending everyone lots and lots of luck x

(was on ttc forum ages ago)

Hi again,
I was just wondering if you know when you have your first appointment? Also have you had the blood tests done and the SA for your DH?

Good luck on your journey and don't give up. My GP refered me to a FS who then ordered bloods on me and DH, and a SA for DH. He then sat us down so he could see what was going on. And I then had a HSG/Hyscosy then a lap & dye/d&c. Then on Clomid for a few cycles, the IVF. We fell into the unexplained category. Good luck on your journey and I hope you get some answers soon

My GP (doctor) sent me for all my tests, bloods, HSG, scans etc and then I went to my regular gyno who requested a SA on hubby and then he referred me to a FS from there.
So by the time I got to the FS clinic I already had all my tests and results etc and we got the ball rolling straight away, that month.
