Hello,
I've had one done in September. I was very nervous about it, but it all turned out fine.
You have some discomfort afterwards, but it's really not that bad..... | | | | Status: Offline

| I have just had my fourth lap.....you will be fine. It tells so much I would recommend everyone offered one def have it.
Makes me sound like I have a strange addiction!
The recovery time is quick and after three or four days you do feel a lot better.
Good luck....let us know how it goes xx | | | | Status: Offline
