pcos and opks

well, over the years I've charted alot, and taken alot of opks, and I've seen a distinct pattern of my body gearing up to O, and then not. I saw on ebay ovulation predictors of a lower sensitivity (30 and 40 miu instead of 20 as standard) which were recommended for pcos.

this month (once af arrives) I shall start on the 40's and see what happens. I bought 5 pg tests, 5 20miu, 45 30miu, and 45 40miu for £16, which I was chuffed with.

anyone else tried these?

I often use the OPK's from babyhopes and earlypregnancytesting...I also use my fertility monitor for more assurance of O'ing....Do you use any other monitoring device? they seem to have worked for me....I hope this helps some...lots of Baby Dust To You!!
