Not long to go and gettin nervous!!

Hi,
As u know not long to go now till oh and I start ICSI just over 3 months I know it seems like while but when ttc this long its nothing lol!! The thing is I'm feeling pretty positive that it will work but at times espec today I'm terrified that I'm just setting myself up for a huge fall!! I putting all my hopes and dreams into this even find myself thinkin well that means when x-mas family dinner comes arround again with oh family (do that every year few days after x-mas) That will be 5 months preg b able to c bump and things like that assosiating occasions with it etc and find myself getting excited about it (sad I know!) how am I going to feel when these events come around if yet again I'm not??! I know we can try again but everytime u hit a stumbling block it feels like my dream of holding my baby is getting further and further away!! Do u guys think I'm being stupid and nieve for putting all my hope into this?? Sorry just needed somewhwere to turn!!

xx

i don't think you're being naive at all hun, i think we all dream / wish the same things. It's so hard to not put your all into it as you're going through something that's helped others in the past. The terrified feelings come from feelings i guess you may have had before when things didn't work

wish i could offer you some advice, so instead i send lots of hugs and babydust

Hi, I don't think your being naive, I agree with Mrs F, we've all got to look forward to the next step and hope ans dream our wishes come true otherwise it would be a lot longer and more painful journey.

Best of luck - keep dreaming and I'm sure someday not too far away you'll be on

I agree with the others, don't think you are being naive at all. It's normal to have hopes and dreams, especially when you want something this badly. Good luck, I hope your dreams come true.
