All the best to you catster! X

I have been to see doc last week and they said that hubby and I are fine and all testes have come back good! They said that they want to put me on Clomid as they want to shorten my cycles, so will be starting on this next cycle now!

I also am wondering if everything is ok and I'm ov then why are they putting me on this?
Anyways to you all X

Hi i was on clomid for 7 months total i conceived on the 6th cycle although i miscarried straight away at 4 1/2 weeks. Then i had to have one natural cycle then i was back on clomid and walla im 24 weeks pregnant now!

I wasent 0ing at all. I 0ed on 50mg's but then never did again until 150mg's my doc started very slowly though at 25mg's etc so it should'nt take much to get you 0ing properly!!

Hi there, I have been on clomid for 6months and was stopped because it did me no good. My cycle became irregular, and whenever my period delayed, i thought i could be pregnant. Well, it might work for u, cos we all are different.
Best of luck!

Hi there.

Today is my first cycle on Clomid.
Doctor told me that I already ovulate.. I got pregnant twice but miscarried both times, first time bec it was missed miscarriage and second bec of blighted ovum.

I was worried on taking it bec of the scary side effects I have been reading on the internet but well, we arent the same right?

Doc put me on 100mg/day. Dont really know why that much but it's 2 pills of 50mg daily. Started it from day 3 until day 7.

The good thing is that my doctor did an ultrasound on CD2 and from there knew what to do. He told me he will see me on day 12 to scan and see the follicles and tell me when are the best days to BD and also will put me on day 12 on cortisone as I need to take baby aspirin but since I am allergic to aspirin will take cortisone.

I am so scared of it.. I was like, what if it kills me? I am a coward when it comes to taking medicine.. or what if I conceive twins?! It freaks me OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PCOS on Clomid

Hi, Clomid really worked for me. Was given it the first time with Abigail and waited for my period only to not get one! We had been trying for 4 years at this point. I was given Clomid straight away with Conor and was pregnant the first time I took it. Took it days 2-6 as prescribed by my GP. The third time with Flynn I was sent back to the hospital for tests and was once again given Clomid for PCOS. I took 100mg daily, again for days 2-6 and was pregnant the first month again. Just started 100mg of clomid again so hopefully first time again. Good luck.:crib:

Hi guys

I am on my first cycle of clomid too. I had to take 50mg on CD2-5. I'm now CD12, and we are shattered from BDing.

Does taking clomid make ovulation later in the cycle? The reason I ask is because I use the CBFM each month, and so far I have registered 4 high readings but not got my peak yet!! We are so scared of missing the big day, but really don't feel like BDing anymore.

I hope it works first cycle for us, cos I'm starting to lose the will to live .... .

Any thoughts would be greatly welcomed. Good luck everyone ttc and lots of to everyone.

Swim swim ...
