What did you have done?


Im curious on what you had to have done when you started taking clomid? Like test's, blood work....ect. I just want to know what im going to have to go through when i start taking clomid. Any info would be GREAT!

I'm Currently Feeling: 


I will be starting clomid next cycle. I have very irregular and long cycles. I also don't ovulate every month. I had my thyroid and progesterone tests. My progesterone is low so my LP are around 9-11 days long.

It depends on the protocol of the GP/ Physician who prescribed it.

Some will just prescribe Clomid and let you get on with it, so to speak.

Others will offer regular blood tests and ovulation tracking - Which is regular scans to see when your about to ovulate so they can tell you exactly when you need to be BDing.

I too start clomid beginning of march.

I was told that i'd take it cd2-cd6...
Too call the hosptal so I can get a scan for cd-11

Then too go for a blood test cd21...

I think the scan u do once if all is ok but the blood test u do everytime?

ill let u no when im certain

I'm Currently Feeling: 


I had to have an HSG before she would put me on it to make sure my tubes were clear. Then once that was cleared I had to take provera to bring on a period, then take the clomid and have a blood test on day 21 to determine if I ovulated or not.
