hi my name is kaz im new to baby and bump, iv been ttc for over 1 1/5 yrs now with no success.I got diagnosed with pcos 9 yrs ago but knew in a way id have pcos has it runs in my family and my mum has it.I knew ttc would be difficult. I have been under the hospital since finding out i had pcos and straight the way i was given metformin 1500mg.
I have had 3 cycles of clomid 50mg with no success but then had to stop for 2 months whilst i was referred to a specialist.I have now seen a specialist and they have again put me on clomid 50mg days 2-6 of my cycle. I have just took the 1st cycle and had to go for a scan on my 9th day to check my ovaries i had a few follicles but they were only 7.5mm so they booked me in for another scan in 7 days later i went yesturday for my scan and now i have only 3 follicles on my right ovarie but none on my left.they are now measuring 12mm 15mm and 18mm so they said i should ovulate in the next few days.I have promised my self i would not look through the internet as it would only dissapoint me but i just want to know if i could offer support and vise verser as sometimes when you go for these appointments they dont explain thereselve at all so i now see the best option is to talk to people who are also going through the same as me.My one dream in life is to have a baby so we have a family it just feels so draining now i dont talk to many people about this but iv now started seeing alot of my friends and family geeting pregnant around me and its so frustrating if theres anyone out there with a famillar storie it would be much appriciated to have some tips thank you and good luck to all x.x.x.x.x.x.x

Hi Kaz, welcome to BnB. This place is great for support and also just to hear about other peoples stories. I've also got PCOS and i'm on Met and Clomid. I'm just about to start my third round of tablets tomorrow.
I know what you mean about everyone else around you getting pregnant and its just so heart breaking to see it happen so easily to everyone else.
I really hope that it works for you this time.

I am on metformin but have not been perscribed clomid as yet so cant help with that.
