Im so sorry it was a disappointment hun. I don't know about this sort of thing first hand, but I know it took my mum 10+ years to conceive my little brother. I saw eevrything she went through, and it is obviously such a devastated feeling. I really do wish you luck.
The thing is like you say, it's better to have all of this testing done now and then know the best route to take, rather than trying loads of different treatments that might be held back by something that they dont know about... you know? I know what I mean anyway
