crap lp

hi i was just wondering if anybody could give me some advise. my lp is really crap so i have been taking vitamin b6 for the last week and i was wondering if i should take agnus catus as well to try and sort this out. any advise please

Hi

I know some girls on here have said that a combination of all the bvits at quite high levels (50 or 100 mg) have helped their lp. Personally it never helped me but everyone is different! It would take a few weeks for this to have any effect thought, it's not going to be instant. If you search in ttc, there was a very long thread on it a while back.

Hiya

I too have a crap lp - about 6 days. From what I understand vitex can help some people by balancing the fsh/lh ratio. If you do take it don't take it past ovulation as I have read it can make the womb contract.

I have taken vitex for a while and it hasn't helped me. There are a number of things that can cause lp defect and it seems that vitex will only work for some people according to what the cause is. There is a long thread that I started about luteal phase defect called 'Anyone know anything about luteal phase defect?' which has got loads of info on it.

I hope the supplements work for you - I have heard quite a few success stories! Whatever you do - don't take it if you are prescribed chlomid as the 2 counteract eachother.
