OH doctors appointment

Had my CD21 results in today - all normal with progesterone at 13.2 - is that okay? I am not sure what is and what isn't normal.

OH went to see the doctor today to have his bits and pieces checked. Basically the male doc said that as OH has produced 3 children, he thinks it is pointless in him doing a sperm sample, bearing in mind OH's youngest is nearly a teenager! OH's ex had a series of miscarriages too.

Doc also said that all women have miscarriages - wtf!

I am a bit peeved tbh with the doc. If we are going to be referred for further testing, then I think the doc should be a bit more encouraging and professional in his approach.

I'm not sure about your level, but read somewhere is should be about 15 so might be worth your while looking into altenatives. I use Wellsprings progesterone cream in the LP and B6 100mg.

Hi there, if the doc said prog was normal, then I'd take it at face value. Mine was 18 in March, which I thought sounded low but they said was in the range. Bit annoying what doc said about your OH.. I mean sp can change over years. But it sounds like he has no problems. x

Mine was a 70 for progesterone and I was told that was fantastic I am definitely ovulating... not sure what the lower range should be though sorry! I do remember something vaguely about it being a lower number cause I remember being alarmed that mine was to high.
