is anyone get pregnant after a laparoscopy?

hey everyone

i've got an endometriosis level 4 ? i've already had a coelioscopy not as complete as a laparoscopy.... so after as this surgery, my doctor put me on "menopause" whith enantone (like decapeptyl) i'don't know the name in english....

so after three months of treatment my reds came back and listening my doctor i was able to get pregnant naturally in 6 months.......... it's now about a year and i'm thinking about a surgery without treatment after.... so i hope i'm gonna be pregnant as quickly as possible after the surgery....

please have you tried to get pregnant just after a laparo and if you did, did you get pregnant?

thank you for reading me, i know my english is horrible and i'm sorry for that
