My 1st appointment at private clinic

I have to admit I was really nervous yesterday till I got there but calmed right down when I arrived, The people that work there were friendly the atmosphere was very relaxed, the clinic was immaculate I really couldn't have hoped for better!! We cot sat in the waitingroom offered a cup of tea then were only waiting 10 mins if that before getting seen, our consultation was with one of the doctorswho went threw the whole ICSI process with us he had a very pleasent manner and never once made us feel rushed, I also had an ovarian assesment done (internal scan measuring my ovaries couning foliciles and bloods sent away for AMH test) I will get the blood results bk in the next couple of weeks I felt this was important as it allows the clinic to tailer my treatment for me. We will start treatment as soon as my new cycle starts after our wedding I can't wait!! Going private is not a cheap decision (costing £340 for last night alone!) But for us it was most definatly the right one.

Yay! I'm so glad it went so well for you and that the Dr was lovely.

I hope the time flies by for you so you can get started on treatment! Thats so great that you have 2 things to look foward to, your wedding and starting ICSI.

thats brilliant its great when you dont feel rushed i think it makes you feel more reassured and you leave feeling more confident! The money is definately worth it!
