Thank god I'm not the only one!
It's becoming a real chore after more than two years.
Sometimes during the BD I'm thinking "whats the point?"
We've tried spicing it up, and it works for that time...
But it's a huge effort to spice it up every time! lol.....
Sometimes I just can't be bothered.....

DH doesn't seem to lose his drive....but sometimes I'm just
"finish already!" lol.....

Im with ya girls, ttc has so messed up my sex life! The past month tho i've taken a break from ttc and just done it when we've felt like it. That seems to have helped but wait until Jan 2008 he won't know what's hit him i'll be back to only BD'ing around ovulation!

I am totally with you. We have only been TTC for 7 months and I am already tired of it. Every month the excitement rises for just a few days thinking maybe this month we will be blessed only for them to be crushed shortly thereafter. It is a cruel joke played on women. We are given the wonderful blessing but it is so difficult for many of us to achieve the blessing. Many days I have thought well maybe we should just give up. I don't think there is any easy way to dealing with problems like ours.

I think it can get boring in general after a while whether you are trying for a baby or not. That's why you have to spice things up. Try something new. I've only been married 3 yrs so I'm sure there are alot of things we haven't tried yet! But I completely understand what you mean.... its just darn tiring sometimes too!

DH and I were TTC for two years and it TOTALLY got boring and repetitive and I was starting to HATE BDing. It's just not fun when it's scheduled. Finally we got our BFP after having a FUN and unplanned BD..not a TTC BD. I was starting to feel like I almost wouldn't want a baby to be conceived from the BDing we were doing cause neither of us enjoyed it and it certainly wasn't out of 'love' that we were doing it. It was just for a baby.

This became a problem for my husband and I. We were on a fertility drug and thus had to do it on the certain day etc. The last month we decided to just forget about it until we saw the specialist because it was just too much effort in the end. Oddly enough, that last month where we just decided to leave it we enjoyed it more and oddly enough we fell pregnant. Sadly I lost the baby but all the same we fell pregnant. I think the stress of wanting and trying for a baby really does effect things hormonally.
