hello all new here, im just on here after ways to improve chances of conceiving.. i've miscarried once, back in june 2007 and was rather upsetting as me and my partner really want a baby. i know that thinking about it all the time doesn't help, but i can't help it, i just get really upset about it. i've got a very strange period where i have 1 normal month, then the next is really strange and i'm always late, had tests and everything and they can't see anything wrong with me down there. i also have to mention the fact that i'm in a wheelchair as i have SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy), i am planning to go and speak to the doctor again though.

Sorry about your miscarriage. You will find a lot of information here. I don't really have any advice except that you should both take good multi vitamins. I have also heard that maca is good for fertility for both of you.

I'm sorry you had a m/c. It's very upsetting and very emotionally tolling. We always think what "could have been".
