ICSI is like IVF to a point but instead of putting sperm in dish with egg to fertilise the single best sperm is picked out theail burnt of and injected directly into the egg, we will also have to have sperm retreivel (soz sp) they will have to inject into oh testie to get sperm as he was born without the vas so has obstructive azoospermia (no sperm present in ejeculate)
