Help progesterone!!!!!!!


I need some advice on how can i get PROGESTERONE into my body naturally???? On my last CD25 blood test my progesterone was 0.3 and my eostrogen on CD14 was 330.... it's SAD i know to say the least.....

Any one with some insight... as i can't go onto the plastic hormones again... IT STILL DOES NOT MAKE ME O but does bring on the witch??????
CLOMID does nothing*150mg*

There has to be someone out there that can help??????? PLEASE

Hi Jacky. I can relate as my last progesterone test was 0.54. They put me on prometrium and I start taking it tomorrow. Since you can't take the artificial meds, that won't work for you. But, I did a lot of research on progesterone and have seen natural progesterone creams. You might be able to purchase some online. Thanks bizybee... wil go have a look now...
The thing with the plastic hormones is they didn't even aid my progesterone just gave me a 30day cycle thats all....
