Short Luteal Phase

My cycle is 28-31 days and I am not ovulating until cd 21-23. Has anyone any experience of this or know if its even possible to have a pregnancy in these circumstances?

Thank you

Kate

A LP shorter than 10 days will be difficult to sustain a pregnancy. Good news is that LP defect can be treated with progesterone supplements.

Hey Florence, I also read that taking vitamin B6 can help regulate your hormones and prolong luteal phase. I'm not sure about the details - you could ask GP about it.

LP is the counted the day after you ovulate till the first day of the period. Normal is 12-16 days with 14 days being on average.
