We went to see consultant and he has decided to do a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy on 10th December. He said the fact that i had a +hpt last month shows that we are both fertile but he wants to see if the septum that i had removed in 2006 has grown back. For those of you who dont know what that means, its an extra part of tissue/skin in the uterus that the egg may plant on but will not survive. I had this removed in 2004 and again last year cos it grew back. Its called a sub-septate uterus. The only thing i dont like is during surgery they have to put in two coils to keep the uterus open for two months and i also have to take hrt for two months, which means time not able to ttc. In a way i want everything to be fine but in a way i dont cos it means back to square one again!
Good Luck - stand your ground if they tell you to come back in 6 months put your foot down that's just ourageous surely they can do more after all you have been through
