My temperature is normally between 36.3 and 37. It is very rarely above 37 - I don't think that's a problem. It's the variations within temperature that matter as far as I know rather than the actual numbers themselves. |
That temp is fine. However, the difference between your numbers may indicate that you did ovulate. It's the rise in your temperature that indicates that you've already ovulated. Sometimes theres a dip just prior to ovulation but not always. I didn't do temps for long because I really felt like they weren't that accurate. I wasn't getting any sort of pattern and I got frustrated. But, it works for some.
