Me: No you were meant to be sending me a letter
Them: I have you case notes here and the letter hasnt been typed up, thought id phone you to check you were aware of the appointment and if you can do it.
Me: yea thanks, thats fine.
5 mins later i have to call my work to re arrange my shift!
