Griping pains and infrequent bm's

The last week Daniel has been very fussy and clearly in pain trying to pass wind he has also only poo'd every 2-3 days. H was on EBM but moved onto aptamil on tue and the above symptoms began.

Can prem babies have infacol or gripe water? Cooled boiled water is no good and fills him up too much and he diesnt feed well He is 6 weeks old (36+3) anyone have a similar issue or suggestion it's so hard to see him in pain more heartbreaking actually than seeing procedures down in nicu! Xx

Thanks ladies think he is starting to adjust to the formula, tummy pains are less frequent and managing to poop more. The infacol is also helping to wind him better too xx
