I assume a sleep suit is a "sleeper" with long sleeves and legs, probably closed feet on it too, that zips or has domes down the front, it's basic, cotton and not very thick.

The other does sound, to me, like outerwear?

BTW since you're due in April I would say the baby will mostly be in sleepers and onesies at first, so you should probably just stock up on those.. not sure how many I have TBH, but several.. and being April you're probably safe with just one of those outerwear suit things and don't get one that's too heavy, they have them for Spring/Fall and ones for winter. Get more if your area is more prone to cold weather?

i think you can use all in ones as sleep suits
as long as they're normal cotton thin things
and not huge bulky what nots ....
not entirely sure either to be fair ...

i dont actually think ive got all in ones tbh
or outdoor suits .... aprils not really really cold ...
ive got loads of sleep suits and long legged
and armed vests which are close enough to
all in ones ... i think .. lol

as for the amount i cant really say
i always go ott!!

xx

Yep!! Sleepers and onesies in the house is definitely alright, the first couple months I wouldn't fuss too much with fancy outfits anyway, especially not at home. I would make sure you get some of the sleepers without the closed feet because babies sometimes want to be barefoot and will fuss for their socks etc to be taken off- not an easy feat when they're sewn on as part of the sleeper, correct?

I have 2 outerwear suits that are sort of all in one.. the hands are free but they also have hoods on them; spring here can be quite cool so I'm sure I'll use 2 no problem, if I need more I'll pick them up too as I need them. I plan on going on a lot of walks so that's my reasoning for having them, if we were just inside most of the time I'd probably only need one for the odd trip out. Didn't want to buy TOO many though because like I said I'm due in March (22nd) and by 3 months it'll be June, which tends to be very hot here.. and with some babies, they can wear 3 months after they are 3 months old still?
