My after pains were worse than labour pains, I was almost crying every time I breastfed for around 3-4 DAYS!! I was lifting myself up every time I got them, ouch Never had anything like it with Ella!

Na not really, but ouch. Nothing can be worse than giving birth though ey? soo we'll survive.

mine were like Kina's, bloody killed, i remember i was rocking back anf forth trying to breath through them lol

The hospital gave me co codamol (sp?) to help

They only last a few days tho

hello,
i found the braxton hicks worse with my second.especially a few weeks before i was due.
look out for the after pains i never had them with first but did with second
have your paracetamal ready!
