What do u think girls?

Should i get a midwife out to check me and my hubby home from work been getting pains since 6.30 this morning and have noticed them lasting longer and every 3-4 minutes! Its really painful in my back and i feel sick. The cramp feeling stays all the time too and even changing position doesnt help!Just dont want another false alarm!
