Chronic back pain

Hi.

I've been up all night again - it's been weeks since I've actually slept properly - but for the last two nights I've had chronic lower back pain and stomach ache. The back pain is a bit like horrible toothache. I've tried everything I can think of....baths, showers, bouncing on my birthing ball, paracetemol, walking and stretching, but nothing has eased it at all. I'm 36 weeks and my daughter was born at 36 weeks but other than the hurting back and stomach I've had no other symptoms of labour.

I'd really appreciate any advice - it's been 10 years since I had my daughter and I really don't remember it being like this.

Anyone have any ideas about how to relieve the pains?

Do you think I might be in early labour?

Thanks in advance to any help!

x
