Anyone else have this problem?

About 5 times now I've woken up in the AM with vomit all inside my mouth, down the back of my throat and up my nose... it seems to seep upwards when I lie down and I don't notice in my sleep
I wake up choking on my own vomit, it's bloody horrible!
Anyone else got this? What can I do about it, if anything?
x

That sounds horrible. I haven't been experiencing it, but I would definitely sleep propped up.

Not work up like that with it in my mouth but for about a month there I was running to the loo at 3am throwing up horribly! was told that was hormones making me sick but it went away when baby dropped as I think it was the baby kicking my stomach when i was lying down.

I had it last week and it was pure stomach acie. My throat was burning and I had to run to the bathroom and spit it out and then downstairs to grab some milk. After about 30 mins, a shed load of milk and some Gaviscon Advance I went back to back. I think it happens when the baby kicks your stomach in the night, causes massive reflux.

Hope it dosn't happen again to either of us
