Hind water leak........


I was just wondering if anyone has had a hind water leak,and then gone into premature labour because of it??

I have to go for a scan before its confirmed. But have had an increase in vaginal fluid(almost feels like i wet myself) and has gotten to the point where i have to use a pad. I usually dont soak it in an hour,so not loosing that much at i time i dont think. Its just a worry as im only 29 weeks yesterday....

i had a hind water leak with my daughter at 35 weeks,i had her at 37 weeks.Good luck with your scan and i hope that baby stays put for you.

i had a hind water leak at 37 weeks and when examiningwas 2 cm dilated so they induced me so not sure what would happen if i was left to it. if it is a leak then will prob want you on antibiotics to prevent infection

i had a hind water leak last week, & midwife came out, cos it was only once, i was just told if it happens again and im able to produce a couple of pads with samples then to go in the assessment ward, thankfully its heald off so far. mine was 1-2 0z's but nothing more since.
