Im so tired...

Even tho Im exhausted Im finding it so hard to sleep at the min. My back hurts and my hips hurt from laying on my side. I cant relax. My OH is either fidgeting or snoring and the dog keeps waking me up to go out to the toilet. Last night I felt myself just drifting off to sleep at 3am when the neighbours from hell upstairs started having really loud sex. I hate them so much it makes me feel so sick. I cant stand it anymore. Its not fair that I should have to listen to it. A few weeks ago they were screaming at each other from 1am till 7am. I didnt sleep a wink. When I went up there to complain they were really threatening and started to scream at me. One time one of my other neighbours called the police on them because they were having a domestic and he kicked a hole in the communal front door. Cant complain about them to the council because you cant complain about shouting and general domestic noise.

Im letting my dog bark all the time now I dont give a shit. Im so fed up and tired.

I don't know what to suggest hon but do hope that you manage to get some sleep albeit hard if you have noisy neighbors like that.

I can relate to the not being able to get comfortable bit, I have tried everything, the only thing that I can kind of get comfortable using is a wedge pillow, just rested under my bump, its not very big so doesn't take up loads of bed space. I tried the big pregnancy pillow [the long one] but it ends up on the floor as it takes up too much room.
As for the noisy neighbours....i'm afraid I have no answers, maybe put some earphones in and try and listen to relaxing music to help you sleep - hope it gets better soon as now more than ever you need your sleep :-)

Sleeping at the moment is hard enough without the extra complication of your noisy neighbours.

I also found that a pillow under my bump helps and sleeping slightly higher than I would usually do.
