O/T Hormonal Silliness...

I keep a few stuffed animals in my bed (I can't help it - I love snuggling with my teddy bear) but every once in a while they really need a bath. Anyway - I've been pushing it off for ages but decided that today is the day. I stuck them into pillowcases and into the washer, loaded up the soap drawer and turned the machine on... Then sat down on the floor and bawled as I watched my poor teddies in the washing machine.

Feeling like a complete spazz - and would be laughing at myself if I could stop crying.

My youngest dog (year old, male, blue heeler. which makes this 5x better haha) has this purple pillow with big kissy lips he stole from me when he was about 4 months old. He puts it in his mouth, but doesn't chew on it. He takes it EVERYWHERE with him, except for when he's herding, and he sleeps with it. Cuddled, not just with it nearby....Like, front paws and head on it.
Aaaannnnyyyyywaaaaaayyyy, I had to take it away from him to wash the other day because it was just too grody to handle. He sat there and whined and whined and stared whistfully at the washer and then the drier. I had to leave the room more than once and have my little sob fest.

I think maybe pregnant people should be locked in a giaaant padded room that has body pillows, cute things on tv, the internet, catering, and lots of tissues.
