Ok, I know this doesn't necessarily mean anything's happening today, but at about 5:00 am I went for a pee, and when I looked down in the toilet there were a couple of bits of blood-tinged mucus  This is the first positive sign I've had that labor might start soon (I'm 40+5 today). Almost immediately I started getting irregular period pains with tightenings. I have a midwife appointment today, so we'll see what she says (probably, "Call us if your water breaks or contractions come every 5 mins"  ). Ugh, now if only I could sleep some more, I'm exhausted, only had a broken 4 hrs last night! |
