I started drinking RLT at 35 weeks also, went into labour naturally and gave birth at 41+1 but only pushed for 16 minutes and was first baby, i like to think it helped x

i beleive it helps, i drank it with both my previous pregnancies and they was 4 and half hours for first baby pushing for 25 mins, and 4 hours for 2nd baby and pushing for about 6 mins lol, i think it helps soften everything up personally, and i will drink it again this time when im far enough gone lol

I got this the other day...a friend drank it through the whole of her second and third trimesters and she said she literally had zero problems through her (rather short) labour! it's worth a shot I reckon! I quite like the taste of it
