cant sleep contipation headache and horribble gas

Thats what im experiencing tonight its currently 3:30 am and i cant sleep have a headqche gas and constipation. I feel just miserable. Plus just got up to go potty and stepped in dog poo from where my chihuahua pooped in the house and i didnt know it. Ugh. And OH wont stop watching tv loudly and come to bed. Work should be fun at 11:00am

Ouch, hope your day wasnt too awful, that you feel better now, and you manage to get more sleep tonight! its so horrible when you can't sleep x
