| 32 weeks - Still being sick...Advice please x Hello Ladies, can I pick your brains please? Sorry if TMI...
I've had MS all the way through this pregnancy and I've kind of got used to it but for the past week its really stepped up a gear... Its gone from being the early morning teeth brushing induced sickness with regular nausea in the day, to full on unexpected projectile vomit at any time with all day nausea... Got up this morning, felt ok, had a cup of tea then just as I went to get some breakfast I had to do a loo dash - lost the tea and my stomach acid... I've since had breakfast and kept that down...
So what I'd like to know is can MS get worse towards the end of pregnancy or could this be a sign of anything else? Cos frankly I'm fed up of it! | | | | Status: Offline

| Your the same as me then, I have been in joy as for 3 days I havnt been sick for and mine got really bad there for a few weeks. I have been throwing up since week 5 and am convinced there is a hole in my throat as I choke alot for no reason since getting the projectile acid sick. my poor teeth are suffering also.
I asked docs, midwives, consultants and they said its normal and i will be that way to the very end. despite everyone i know telling me by week 12 it would be gone. no such luck.
Mine was when I got up in t he mornings now its like 4am random wake up calls to throw up. But I dont want it back so i better not get to happy about it going as a fe times its done this for a day or two.
I am fed up with it to. I know your pain. got the slit throat yet? bloody hate that! spitting blood up and all. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm glad to say its not that bad! My MW said it could last the full 40 weeks which I know I can't do much about. Its just this recent increase in activity that I was concerned about in case it was a sign of something else...? Probably just pregnant lady paranoia! | | | | Status: Offline

| I'm the same. I had no MS my entire first trimester and once I hit my 2nd trimester it came on full force. It's been continous throughout but I've had a mild reprieve this past week. I'm just a bit on edge waiting for it to start up again. | | | | Status: Offline

Probably just pregnant lady paranoia! | I am past the stage of feeling better soon lol I heard that from the start and havnt felt it. Midwife says some people take to pregnancy different I just aint good at it at all. I know loads that have been sick to the end, and i know thats of no confort to you but it happens.
I had an increse there was put down as hormonal. I thought i must have been ready to pop the way it was going on but havnt its calmed again. stupid hormones.
ps my projectile 4am vomitting started at week 32. yes as i said i had it all along but from 32 up to now its been bad! could be body getting ready, | | | | Status: Offline
