I'm Currently Feeling:  | Aw Imi, I cant believe that they havent even sorted any pain relief for you, that is terrible. At first sign Id be straight to the hospital and getting someone on the case for you ASAP.

| The more you worry the more painful it will be  So chill out, jump in a nice warm bath and breathe through it. Can you use a tens? You'll be fine hon I used gas and air for the last 10 mins just because I like that nice drunken feeling but I could have got through it without. I think because we're expecting it to really hurt (not saying it doesn't!!), that we tense up and it makes it a lot worse. |

| Im 2.5cm Dilated ...
All 12 Labour rooms were FULL and the 2 admission rooms were in use ...
So they sent me home ....
I have contractions but still irregular .... If it hadn't of been so busy they would have kept me in ...
NOT amused
