as your so limited on pain relief I suggest that you speak to your consultant (sooner rather than later) about being induced.

If you stop taking the blood thinners 24 hours before you go into labour you can have an epi, but obviously if your left to go naturally you will have no idea at what point to stop the clexine.

You need to have a thing as to wether you would rather be induced and have an epi or if you would rather go natural and go without.

If you want to go the induced route you need to demand to speak to someone asap, saying you want to so you can stop the clexin beforehand.

Can't they give you spinal block or general anaesthetic and do a c-section? or does the anti coag give probs with this?

Exactly my point!

All i kept getting was "well will sort something out closer to the time when induction is booked" ...

How much bloody closer they wanna get???

Really am thinking about not having sweep tomorrow but consultant wants it done so the gel takes better or see if i can go alone without induction.

Im so bloody frightened ... im crap with serious pain

How are things going Imi?

Have you had your sweep done?

I really hope they are sorting out your pain relief as we speak.

I don't suppose they will let you have a water birth either?
