Its not fair....

I have cankles and big ones at that!!

They're aching too! Anyone reconmend anything?

I would do a footspa but I can't be bothered getting it out & filling up......too much effort plus we've got to go and do the monthly shopping now! Grrrr!

Try and keep your feet above the level of your heart and do those ankle twisty exersizes

Nothing worked for mine except giving birth!

But now I look like I have the slimmest feet and ankles in the whole world ever! It's all relative!

Put your feet up as much as possible. Does your maternity ward offer reflexology, that helped me.
