Tossing & Turning

Obviously we all are having uncomfortable sleeps at some point in the third trimester....and for the most part waking ourselves up throughout the night because we are tossing and turning....

I was just wondering if any of you thought it could potentially be a bad thing for our LO

I have no idea what has me thinking this but it can't be fun for him......

I don't think it can harm baby... they are pretty snug and tight in there so won't be jiggled about. As long as you're not squashing your bump it should be fine.

It does make you think about baby's position though... i've often wondered that it must be pretty strange to have head down all day with gravity rushing all the blood there! We look at things as adults though and babies bods are obviously totally different.

I dont think it does them any harm, it probably just disturbs them as much as it does us lol.

In a good way of course, they might get annoyed and decide to come out lol

I had been wondering that too, I am so unsettled during the night I wondered if all the tossing and turning was harming the baby

Baby Girl has pretty much adapted to me tossing and turning lol. She used to kick and wiggle around when I'd flip to my other side, but now she stays quiet. It's not until I rest a hand on my tummy to make sure I can feel her moving that she swats out an arm or a leg,
